The NY Fashion Tech Lab is a non-profit program that focuses on women-led, B2B, emerging technology startups. The Lab partners with leading retailers and brands fostering iteration, validation, and acceleration of technologies to advance the industry.
The New York Fashion Tech Lab is a community-driven, relationship-building, collaboration, and business development platform.
Established in 2014, The Lab was co-founded by Springboard Enterprises and The Partnership Fund for NYC.
The program is currently owned and produced by 501(c)(3) non-profit venture catalyst Springboard Enterprises and is propelled by the support of leading retailers and brands.
Through a competitive process where the Retail and Brand Partners, Springboard Enterprises, and the Lab team members review every application, six to ten women-led companies are selected to enter the program, who receive:
Collaboration and feedback from participating retail and brand partners, investors, and the Lab’s Expert Network.
Sessions, workshops, and discussions on issues relevant to retail technology companies.
Opportunity to present at each year’s experiential event
